Meet Your Rho Gammas!
Rho Gammas (also referred to as recruitment counselors or recruitment guides) are a group of women from each of the 11 panhellenic chapters on campus who volunteer to temporarily disaffiliate from their respective chapters in order to neutrally guide potential new panhellenic members through the recruitment process. If you have any questions at all about recruitment, these are the women to ask!

Head Rho Gamma: Christine Boles (cb457)
I am currently a Senior and have been a member of the Greek community since my freshmen year. I have been lucky enough to experience every side of recruitment, being a Potential New Member, a Recruiter, and a Rho Gamma in the last Formal Recruitment. This year I will be taking on the position of Head Rho Gamma, in which I will help train the Recruitment team. I had an amazing time being a Recruitment Counselor myself. Being able to the guide and help the Potential New Members find the right chapter for them was incredibly rewarding. I absolutely loved the nurturing aspect of it. As Head Rho Gamma this year, I am eager to share my love as a Recruitment Counselor with the newly selected team and hope they get as much out of it as I did. I look forward to working with an outstanding group of women and making this years Recruitment amazing!

Natalie Goldman (nmg45)
Hi I’m Natalie Goldman. I’m a Junior Materials Science and Engineering Major in the Engineering College. As a Rho Gamma, I’m most excited to share my appreciation for the Greek System here at Cornell. Through the Greek System I’ve met so many people and have been introduced to a variety of on campus activities. Also, through my sorority I have found a great group of girls who I can chat with about anything, something an engineer is hard pressed to find. I enjoy working on philanthropy events with my sisters, playing intramural soccer for my sorority, and encouraging environmental awareness and sustainability within my chapter, one of my passions. Being involved with Greek life at Cornell has made my time here enjoyable and exciting. The Greek Community is supportive, engaging and most importantly, fun! I hope to see you at recruitment events throughout the year!

Rachel Klion (rmk59)
